I was really into old Gob when I was younger. I think the song "Soda" and Tony Hawk soundtracks got me into hardcore.

when I was 15, my friends took me to a Strike Anywhere show. Bane and This Is Hell opened and that was pretty much the eye-opener and although I still listened to metalcore, I was first introduced to hardcore because of that show.

started off with atreyu, senses fail, and silverstein, then a friend showed me judge, billyclub sandwich, 25 ta life, and madball. since then, my life has been spiraling downward and i wouldn't change a thing!

i went to best buy and bought comeback kid "wake the dead" and converge "you fail me" my freshman year of high school, after that it all a snowball effect.
